| 摘 要： | 本文利用1992～2008年汽车行业的数据,详细分析了外国直接投资对我国汽车行业的影响。外国直接投资改善了我国汽车行业分散竞争的状况,提高了汽车行业的市场集中度,优化了汽车行业的市场结构,但对汽车行业的技术溢出效应较小,汽车行业的自主创新能力有待提高。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author analyzed the effect of foreign direct investment for Chinese automobile industry using 1992～2008 data.The result shows that FDI improve automobile industry’s market structure.However,the technology spillover is small which need improved in the future. |
