| 摘 要： | 珠江上游生态文明建设有着十分重要的意义。服务业发展与生态文明建设之间是一种相辅相成、相互促进的关系。目前珠江上游服务业发展中还存在诸如服务业在国民经济中的比重较低、部分服务行业自身的资源浪费和环境污染、再生资源产业发展水平低、公共交通发展滞后等不利于生态文明建设的问题,这些问题可以通过提高服务业的发展水平和在国民经济中的比重、做好服务业的节能降耗减排工作、扶持和鼓励再生资源产业的健康发展、实施公交优先战略、大力发展旅游业等措施加以解决。

| Abstract: | The construction of ecological civilization of the Pearl River upstream has a very important significance.Service industry development and ecological civilization construction is a complementary and mutually reinforcing relationship.Currently service industry of the Pearl River upstream still exist some adverse to ecological civilization construction.These problems can be solved through to improve the development level and Proportion in the national economy of service industry,to do energy conservation and emissions reduction well,to support and encourage the healthy development of renewable resources industry,to implemet the priority strategy of public transportation,to develop tourism vigorously. |
