对河南县域产业集群发展问题的思考

产业集群是有效的区域发展战略,是提高区域经济竞争力的有效途径,也是区域经济发展到一定阶段的必然趋势。文章结合河南县域产业集群的发展现状,分析了产业集群战略带来的经济社会效益,指出产业集群战略可从吸纳富余劳动力、促进地方经济发展、带动相关产业发展等几个方面促进县域经济的发展,文章进一步分析了河南县域产业集群的特征、出现的原因并提出了如何培育和发展县域产业集群。

Thinking of Henan county industry gathering development problem

Industrial cluster theory is one of the important theory about modern economic distribution. Industrial cluster is effection strategy of region development, is the effection of regional competion. The paper through the analysis of the current situations and existing problems of industrial clusters development in Henan Province, this paper sets up a frame of industrial clusters in Henan in which the key industrial clusters of traditional industries and burgeoning industries are selected and constructed tentatively, and puts forward the pointed approaches to development that the cluster habitats should be built by rational layout and leading, and to boost up advantages and optimize the clusters section, to strengthen dividing the work and cooperation to advance the competition power of industry clusters.
