浅析民营中小企业外源融资的困境及对策研究

民营中小企业在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用,它们是增强市场竞争、增进市场效率的基石;是推动经济体制改革的中坚;是吸纳就业的风尖;是自主创新的开拓者和实践者。随着全球金融危机的席卷而来,民营中小企业在资金上无疑是雪上加霜,而那种通过自身资本积聚方式寻求自我滚动式发展的模式已经不能适应市场经济的发展要求。本文分析了我国民营中小企业外源融资过程中面临的困境,并提出改善困境的建议和措施。
