“双区”效应与创新创意之都建设--以深圳龙华区为例

在湾区经济和社会主义先行示范区建设双重背景下,深圳龙华区迎来前所未有之发展机遇。分析显示,深圳龙华区建设创新创意之都符合历史定位、契合资源禀赋、适宜产城共荣、顺合与湾区城市群协同发展。同时,无论从理论还是实践层面上,表明深圳龙华区建设创新创意之都极具可行性。据此,在总结国外建设创新型城市及发展创意产业的经验基础上,文末探究了行政区率先建成创新创意之都的实现路径与对策建议。

"Dual Zone" Effect and the Construction of Innovative and Creative City--A Case Study of Longhua District,Shenzhen

Under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Pilot Demonstration Area,Longhua gets unprecedented development opportunities. Analysis shows that Longhua ’s construction of innovative and creative city is in line with history, endowments of resources, co-prosperity of industry and city and coordinated development of city group of bay area. However, no matter from the perspective of theory or practice, the results illustrate that the construction of innovation and creation is extremely feasible in Longhua. And then, in summing up foreign experience of building innovative city and developing creative industry, this paper puts forward the achieved path and countermeasures on how to serve Longhua.
