基于产业集群的区域发展战略问题探析——以厦门市为例

经济特区、珠江三角洲等沿海较早开放地区工业化、城市化进程已进入中后期,产业结构性、素质性矛盾渐显,传统的比较优势下产业梯度转移理论无法解决或解释区域产业结构调整的诸多问题。区域内产业集群以形成竞争优势成为地方经济的发展战略,但集群风险,特别是土地等资源对区域经济增长的强约束性却是决策者不可回避的问题。

Probing into district development strategy problem basing on industry gathering

Special economic zones and the Pearl River Delta and the coastal region of earlier opening of industrialization,urbanization has entered the mid industry structure,quality of contradictions fade,the traditional comparative advantages in industrial theories cannot address the gradient in the transfer or the regional industrial structure adjustment.Industry clusters in the region to form a competitive advantage as a local economic development strategies,but clusters of risk,particularly land and other resources to regional economic growth strong binding is an unavoidable issue for policy makers.
