论养老服务发展模式之思考

进入21世纪,我国迎来了人口迅速老龄化的时代,2010年召开的全国两会上,养老问题成为一个热点。应对迫在眉睫的老龄化挑战,构建符合中国国情的多元化的养老服务模式,加快推进以养老服务社会化为重点的社会福利事业发展,建立以居家养老为基础、社区服务为依托、机构养老为补充的社会化养老服务体系,已日益成为目前中国养老问题合理的历史选择。

Into the 21st century,our country ushered in an era of rapid ageing of the population,the 2010 National Conference,aged two to become a hotspot.In response to the imminent construction of the ageing challenges,taking a variety of endowment service mode,accelerating pension services focused on the development of social welfare,home-based,community service as the backing,institutional endowment socialized for supplementary service system,has increasingly become a history of supporting a reasonable choice.
