| 摘 要： | 我国石油从贫油到自给,从自给到净出口国,从净出口国到净进口国,从净进口国到对外依存度超过了50%,表明石油的大量消耗已成为我国经济发展的"瓶颈",因此石油进出口贸易对我国保障经济稳步发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文初步分析了我国石油进出口贸易的发展格局,初步提出了我国石油进出口贸易发展策略和建议。

| Abstract: | As far as know,our nation changes from an oil-leaning country to an oil self-supporting country,from an oil self-supporting country to an oil exporting country and nowadays becomes an oil importing country totally,and the foreign dependence degree of oil has exceeded 50 per cent,it is indicated that massive consumption of oil has been a bottleneck of the national economic development.Therefore,the import and export trade of oil plays a significant role to ensure the consolidation and growth of the state economy.By analyzing the development patterns of the import and export trade of oil in our country,some preliminary strategies are put forward for the import and export trade of oil. |
