| 摘 要： | 本文首先对影响经济增长方式转变的因素进行了理论分析,然后应用贵州省1998～2006年财政支出统计资料,对财政支出的结构进行了分析。研究结果表明,财政对经济建设的投入较高,对农业、教育、科技投入不足,经济建设支出内部结构也不尽合理,财政支出结构的不合理对促进经济增长方式的转变不利。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the factors which effect the economic growth mode at first,then analyzes financial expenditure structure based on the statistic from 1998 to 2006 of Guizhou province.The research show that financial expenditure is higher in economic construction,but not enough in agriculture、education and science.The structure of economic construction isn＇t perfect.The unreasonable financial expenditure structure is disadvantageous to promote economic growth mode change. |
