| 摘 要： | 产融集团是产业组织和金融组织之间资本和管理相互渗透、相互融合而生成的新型企业集团。产融集团具有耗散结构的基本特征,其生成演化机制与耗散结构存在着一定程度的相似性。本文把耗散结构理论引入我国产融集团生成演化机制的研究,并基于组织效率增减和耗散结构构建产融集团生成的熵变模型。

| Abstract: | The Industry-Finance Group is a new group came from the mutual alliance of capital and management between the industry organization and finance organization, which is with the basic characteristics of dis sipative structure. The formation mechanism of industry-finance group is similar to the dissipative structure in certain extent. The paper probes in the formation mechanism of the industry-finance group based on dissipative structure theory, constructs entropy change mode of the formation of the industry-finance group based on efficiency fluctuation and dissipative structure. |
