纺织创意产业知识产权保护强度及保护对策研究

纺织创意产业是创意产业的一个分支,存在着严重的知识产权保护问题,要准确测定纺织创意产业知识产权保护强度,有针对性地提出纺织创意产业的知识产权保护对策。综述了知识产权保护强度研究现状、创意产业与纺织创意产业知识产权保护研究现状,通过实地调研与访谈,并分析了纺织创意产业知识产权保护的影响因素,提出了纺织创意产业知识产权保护强度指标体系的设计思路和纺织创意产业知识产权保护对策模型。
