| 摘 要： | 旅游业具有经济效益、社会效益和环境效益与建设"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的社会主义新农村战略高度契合,可以旅游产业为导向,通过科学合理的规划建设,由政府主导进行市场资源配置,创新农村产业组织体系,在客观条件较好和处理好农民利益的前提下建设社会主义新农村。
