欠发达地区农村公共品需求特征——基于8356个个体调查数据的研究

对某市8356个个体的关于农村公共品需求特征的调查数据分析表明,当前欠发达地区农村公共品需求存在较大的差异,但更偏好生产性公共品。收入约束和公共品供给缺乏配套和互补,影响了农村公共品需求。从提高供给效率出发,农村公共品需求的上述特征和影响因素,必须在新农村建设中予以足够的重视。

Less developed area countryside public product requirement's characteristics——research basing on 8356 investigation data

In this paper,8356 ind ividual survey samples is studied. The result shows that there are many differences in demand for rural public goods in developing area, but more preference for productive public goods. Low income and the lack of complement and support for public goods have an impact on the demand for rural public goods. In order to provide public goods in countryside effectively, the government should paid more attention to the characteristics and factors above in the construction of new countryside.
