| 摘 要： | 本文主要从两个方面研究了民营高科技企业融资创新问题,即从微观层面上把金融工程思想融入到企业融资方式创新,从宏观层面上研究了融资(环境)制度的创新,最后提出了11种具体的创新融资策略,对解决民营高科技企业融资难问题有一定的借鉴意义。
