江西省城市化水平时空变化及其经济影响因素分析

运用主因子分析方法确定了城市化综合水平评价模型,对江西省城市化综合水平进行时空分析,并采用灰色关联方法对其时空变化的主要经济驱动因素进行了揭示。研究表明:①江西省城市化综合水平的空间分布具有一定的规律,而其时间变动则体现出南北分异特征;②灰色关联揭示江西省城市化水平时空变化的经济驱动具有多源性,其中人均第二产业产值、在职职工平均工资、人均第一产业产值、人均第三产业产值、人均社会零售额、人均GDP,它们成为江西省城市化水平时空变动的最关键因素。因此,在未来该省城市化进程推进过程中,不仅要关注其工业化水平和城镇居民收入的提高,还应注意农业生产率的提高、第三产业(特别是商业)的充分发展。

Using the Factor Analysis to design the comprehensive evaluation model of Jiangxi urbanization level, in order to analysis the spatial-temporal changed features Then using Grey Correlative Analysis to reveal main economic driving factors when the time and area changed Research shows that:① Spatial distribution of the comprehensive urbanization levels in Jiangxi Province has differences between the north and south , and it also have certain laws when the time changes ② Grey Correlative Analysis shows that there are several economic driving factors which affected the comprehensive urbanization levels in Jiangxi Province, the key points are the average capita output of the secondary industry, the average wage of workers and employees, the first industrial output per capita, per capita output of the tertiary industry per capita retail sales of social, and the per capita GDP In summary , we should pay attention not only on the raise of the level of industrialization and the income of urban residents, but also on the agricultural productivity raise , especially the complete development in the third industry (business )in the coming future to promote the process of urbanization process
