| 摘 要： | 企业公益捐赠是企业承担社会公益责任的一种重要方式,对促进我国公益事业的发展有着重要的意义,目前我国相关法律虽然已经从立法上鼓励企业从事公益捐赠,但当前的企业公益捐赠的法制环境尚不健全,须在立法和实践中进一步加以完善。
