嵌入与融合:民族地区城市化进程中流动人口融入与文化适应

随着城市化进程的加快,各民族交往日益频繁。作为民族地区的中心城市吸引了大量流动人口。他们的文化适应问题对流动人口管理、维护社会稳定与巩固民族团结、构建和谐民族关系都具有重要意义。本文在对西南民族地区城市化进程中流动人口文化适应问题实地调查基础上,分析了流动人口文化适应现状、存在问题及其文化认同,提出了解决民族地区城市化进程中流动人口文化适应问题的路径与对策。

Embedded and integration: flowing people integration and culture adaption in national district urbanization process

With the acceleration of urbanization,different ethnic groups come into increasing contact with each other.As a result,central cities in the ethnic areas have attracted lots of floating population.Whether these people can successfully adapt to the local culture exerts significant influence on the management of the floating population,the maintenance of social stability,the consolidation of national unity,and the establishment of harmonious ethnic relationships.This paper,based on the author’s on-the-spot investigation in the ethnic areas of Southwest China,aims to analyze the status quo of the cultural adaption of the floating population in the process of urbanization,its existing problems and the matter of cultural identity.Moreover,the paper also offers some measurements for solving related problems.
