| 摘 要： | 资本运营是市场经济发展到一定阶段的必然要求,是实现资本有效配置和提高资本运行效率的重要方式。本文针对我国企业改革的实际情况,对目前我国企业资本运营存在的运营主体非市场化、多元化扩张盲目、缺乏规范化的中介组织、整合不到位等问题进行了深入分析,并在此基础上提出了提高我国企业资本运营效率的相应对策。

| Abstract: | Capital operation is an inevitable request while market economy develops a certain stage, and it is an important way that carries out effective arrangement of capital and improves its operating efficiency. This paper aims at the actual circumstance of our state enterprise reformation and has thoroughly analyzed non-market of operation subject, incomplete development of capital market, lack of normalized agency organization, as well as scanty conformity of capital market. Finally, the author has put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve capital operating efficiency for our state enterprise. |
