| 摘 要： | "三农"问题的解决离不开农村金融的支持。然而河北省贫困农村地区却是"农民贷款难、金融机构难贷款"并存。本文认为设立农村信用担保机构、选择适合贫困地区的担保模式将有助于这一矛盾的解决。

| Abstract: | ＂Three agriculture ＂ problems ‘ solving can＇t be seprated from the agrarian finance’ support.But peasant is difficult to get a loan,that coexists with banking institution is difficult to extend a loan.The article brings forward that buildingup the credit guarantee organization,choosing the suitable credit hypothecation,that are impoverished will be helpful to the contradictiou’s solving. |
