| 摘 要： | 著作权是一种重要的知识产权。用刑事方法打击盗版、保护著作权已成为世界各国的立法趋势。我国对著作权实施刑法保护的起步较晚,在很多方面存有缺陷。本文着眼于探寻我国现行刑法制度不能有效保护著作权立法方面的原因,就如何加强和完善著作权的刑法保护制度提出对策,以期增强打击盗版侵权行为的力度、最大限度地预防和控制侵犯著作权犯罪,保护著作权人的合法权益和维护国家的公共利益。
