三亚市零售业商圈特点分析及其拓展研究

三亚市地处中国的最南端,旅游业为其经济的主导产业,而商业和旅游业是相辅相成的,旅游业可以带动商业的迅速发展,商业更可以为旅游业及当地经济带来更多新的亮点和提升。三亚拥有丰富的热带风景资源,但因其大规模经济建设晚,经济较为落后,零售业在海南省建经济特区的20年之中发展较为缓慢,迫切需要对其商圈特点分析并进行拓展研究。本文从三亚市宏观经济的分析出发,进一步探讨三亚市核心商圈规划的合理发展策略和最佳发展模式,从而为优化三亚市核心商圈布局提出了相应的对策建议。

Shangya city retail industry commercial circle characterisitics analysis and its widening research

Sanya is located in the southernmost of China,the tourism for its economic leading industry,but the trade and the tourism are mutually reinforcing.The tourism industry will stimulate the development of its business,and business can bring more new prospects and the promotion for the tourism and the local economy.Sanya has rich tropical landscape,but because its large-scale economic development is late,the economy is comparatively backward,and the retailing develops slower during the Hainan provincial construction special economic zone for 20 years.There is an urgent need to analyze and study on characteristic of its commercial circle.This paper embarks from Sanya macroeconomics’ analysis,further discussing the reasonable development strategy and the best development model on Sanya core commercial circle plan so as to optimize the layout of the core commercial circle and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
