深圳市山寨产业集聚发展模式研究

本文首先对集聚、集群和山寨产业的概念进行了辨析,在此基础上判断深圳山寨产业集聚是否形成产业集群。采用实地考察和对已有研究与文献分析相结合的方式,研究了深圳市山寨产业集群发展模式,研究发现,深圳"山寨"产业集群的发展模式与市场需求、产业政策、产业前后相联系、科技进步、资金和机遇等集群发展内外部影响因素都密切相关。深圳作为我国市场经济体系最完善的地方,为山寨产业繁荣提供了外部环境,而华强北山寨产业集聚对深圳市经济发展起到一定推动作用。在结论部分针对山寨产业集群特点给出了政策建议:产业集聚对区域经济的带动作用取决于其自身发展状况,而其发展又受区域经济环境影响,因此应当通过公共政策调节其发展,加强产业集聚的本地联系,提高其抗风险能力。

Firstly,we give accurate definition to industrial agglomeration,cluster and Shanzhai Industry,and then based on those definitions,we decide on whether Shanzhai Industrial Agglomeration in Shenzhen has become cluster.Combining data and literatures,it is found that the development pattern of Shanzhai Industrial Cluster is closely related to internal and external factors,such as market demand,industrial polocies,forward and backward linkages,technology advancement,capital and opportunities.The city of Shenzhen provides appropriate external environment for the development of Shanzhai Industrial Cluster.Because of its importance to regional economy,it is suggested that public policies to ensure that Shanzhai Industrial Cluster develops healthily.
