我国商业银行与境外战略投资者的合作与竞争

近年来,我国商业银行改革不断深化,通过引进境外战略投资者提高银行经营管理水平,充实资本金成为潮流,在一定程度上促进了商业银行的健康发展。但是,境外战略投资者的进入也会导致国有资产巨额流失,对经济持续增长方向产生误导,大规模抛售的套利活动等问题,对我国银行业提出了新的挑战。本文认为,应因势利导,有利有力地与外资开展合作与竞争,并提出了相应建议。

China commercial bank and overseas strategy investor's cooperation and competition

With deepening of reform of China’s commer cial banks, some foreign strategic investors have been becoming minority shareholders of our commercial banks over the past few years, pushing our banks to develop further. Such actions, however, still constitute some new challenges for our banks, including massive loss of state owned assets, misleading to China’s sustainable economic growth, as well as a large scale selling-out,etc.. Accordingly, we give some suggestions on strategies to cooperate and compete with foreign strategic investors under the new situations.
