目前我国司法权监督制约机制存在的问题和治理对策

任何权力的行使都需要一定的监督和制约,禁止权力享有者滥用权力去损害他人的合法权益是每个国家所追求的.司法权是司法机关工作人员非常重要的一项权力,此项权力的合法、合理行使会关系到公民合法权益的实现,如果司法机关滥用司法权,会造成社会腐败现象的产生,而影响社会的健康有序的发展.当今社会,随着经济以及科技的发展,人民注重对司法权力的监督以及制约,但是在我国,此方面的制度还不够完善,存在着一定的缺陷和不足.因此,为了司法权力的科学合理运用,保护公民合法权益,防止社会腐败现象出现以及维护社会的公平和正义,有必要采取切实可行的措施治理我国的司法权监督制约机制.
