高校后勤业务外包探析

高校的快速发展,给后勤管理服务带来了新的挑战,部分高校结合校情开放市场,引入竞争,推进后勤业务外包或部分业务外包,积累了一些成功的经验,但运行中面临不少问题和困难。为此,根据所在学校业务外包的应用实践与效果,分析高校后勤服务业务外包存在的问题,提出相应的对策：选择优质的社会企业;完善市场监管体系;加强监管队伍建设;建立健全科学的监管考核体系。

Exploration and Analysis of Logistics Outsourcing in University

In recent years, with the rapid development of colleges and universities, rear service securi- ty system brings new challenges to the logistics management services. Some colleges and universities combined with the market, open the school situation introducing competition, promote the outsourcing of logistics operations or business outsourcing, accumulated some successful experiences, but running in the face of many problems and difficulties. According to the application and effect of the school of outsourcing, this paper analyzes the existing problems in logistics service outsourcing, and the concept of the corresponding countermeasures, hopes for the reference of rear service reform in colleges and uni- versities.
