| 摘 要： | 通过对目前高等学校竞赛的现状与特征进行归纳，对学科竞赛存在的问题进行分析，并结合工作实际，就如何构建完善的大学生竞赛体系，充分发挥大学生竞赛在创新型人才培养的载体作用进行探讨。
