斑点叉尾鮰病毒病的传入风险评估报告

本文为评估斑点叉尾鮰病毒病(CCVD)跨境传播风险提出科学可行的防控措施,基于病原学和流行病学特征,对CCVD进入我国的可能因素进行了风险分析。分析认为,CCVD的传人威胁主要来自疫区的活养殖斑点叉尾鮰等活敏感鱼类,还有用于食用的活敏感鱼类,以及冰冻、冰鲜的敏感鱼类。因此,根据进口对象制定不同的风险管理方案并采取相应的检疫措施,对有效控制CCVD传入我国具有重要意义。

Report on Risk Assessment of Introduction of Channel Catfish Virus Disease

In order to assess the risk of cross-border transmission of the Channel catfish virus disease(CCVD)and put forward scientific and feasible control measures,the risk factors of CCVD entering into China were analyzed based on its etiological and epidemiological characteristics.According to the analysis,the main threats of CCVD entering into China were the living Ictalurus punctatus and other sensitive fishes from CCVD epidemic area,followed by living sensitive fishes used for food and frozen and chilled sensitive fishes.Therefore,according to the different import objects,different risk management schemes should be formulated and corresponding quarantine measures should be adopted,which is of great significance for effectively controlling the entry of CCVD into China.
