检疫性杂草分子鉴定研究进展

摘    要:综述了限制性内切酶片段长度多态性、随机扩增多态性、扩增片段长度多态性、简单重复序列、单核苷酸多态性等分子标记技术及DNA条形码技术在检疫性杂草鉴定研究中的应用,分析了各个技术的主要特点,阐述了各个技术的应用情况,并对分子标记及DNA条形码技术在检疫性杂草鉴定中的发展提出展望。

Abstract:Molecular identification is an important complement in traditional morphological classification and identification of quarantine weed. This review discussed the application and advances of several molecular markers, such as RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, SSR and SNP, and DNA barcode in the research of weed. The future of molecular idientification research in quarantine weed was prospected.
