| 摘 要： | 为了实现犬病的快速诊断,本研究利用高通量的基因芯片技术,建立了犬传染性肝炎、犬瘟热和犬细小病毒病基因芯片快速检测方法,同时提取DNA和RNA病毒核酸,再用多重不对称PCR扩增目的片段,与芯片上探针特异结合,实现了3种犬病同时检测,CDV、CAV的检测灵敏度达10^2copies,CPV的检测灵敏度达10^3copies。
