摘    要:氧化皮中FeO、Fe3O4物相较多,完全氧化态Fe2O3含量比较少。本文采用在二氧化碳气体保护下,用盐酸分解试样,以二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,用重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定测试FeⅡ含量。用此方法对2个样品分别进行了7次测量,标准偏差为0.060%、0.075%,相对标准偏差为0.17%、0.12%,回收率在100.12%-100.39%之间。将Fe^Ⅱ、TFe/Fe^Ⅱ与进口铁矿比较,发现FeⅡ含量可以作为初步鉴别氧化皮的特征。

Abstract:Non-fully oxidated states of Fe such as FeO and Fe3O4 are more than fully oxidated phase(Fe2O3)in mill scale.The sample of mill scale was resolved by hydrochloric acid under the protection of CO2 atmosphere.Acid-soluble iron(FeⅡ) was determined by titration with potassium dichromate solution using sodium diphenylaminesulonate indicator.Two samples were determined for 7 times separately,the standard deviations were 0.060% and 0.075%,relative standard deviations were 0.17% and 0.12%,recovery ratios were between 100.12%-100.39%.Comparing Fe^Ⅱ,TFe/Fe^Ⅱ in mill scale with those in imported iron ores,it was found that the content of Fe^Ⅱ could be as a primary identification character of mill scale.
