| 摘 要： | 我国东北地区是东北亚区域经济合作的中心地带,地处东北亚区域中心的黑龙江省具有优越的地理位置,丰富的经济资源,良好的工业基础,在东北亚及我国具有举足轻重的战略地位。加大黑龙江与东北地区参与东北亚经贸合作的力度,就要进一步创新对外开放优势,不断加强投资环境的建设,把黑龙江省建成东北亚经贸合作的核心区、示范区和先导区,推动东北老工业基地的振兴。
