| Abstract: | On expounding the countervailing situation of foreign countries directing against China and the comparative study on the anti-subsidy laws of western countries, this essay points out the difference between the anti-subsidy legislation and practice of China and the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures of WTO, and puts forward some suggestions. |
