基于主成分分析下的广西区内城市竞争力综合评价

本文通过对以往经济指标数据进行分析,从影响经济社会发展的多个角度(经济、社会、科教、人民生活质量、生态环保)以及包含在每个角度下的多个分目标(人均GDP、非农业人口比重、文教卫科费用、城镇居民人均可支配收入、人均公共绿地面积等)进行分析,考虑到各项指标之间重要性的不同进而对问题评价所起的不同作用,利用主成分分析方法对各个指标进行客观地赋权,不受主观因素的影响,而且得到的综合指标(主成分)之间彼此独立,减少信息的交叉,这使得分析评价结果具有客观性和可确定性。以94.854%的方差贡献率将原有11项经济指标降为3项,并利用所得到的主成分变量对城市发展进行评价,为了解省市区域各项经济指标在未来的走势及决策部门制定出适合省市区域经济发展的政策提供科学依据。

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Competitiveness of Cities in Guangxi Province Based on Principal Component Analysis

This article analyzes the past economic index data from multiple angles that affect economic and social development and multiple sub-objectives contained in each angle.Taking into account the different importance of various indicators and their different effects on problem evaluation,this paper uses the principal component analysis method to objectively assign weights to each indicator.This method is not affected by subjective factors,and the comprehensive indicators(principal components)obtained are independent of each other,reducing the crossover of information,and making the analysis and evaluation results objective and deterministic.With the variance contribution rate of 94.854%,the original 11 economic indicators are reduced to 3,and the obtained principal component variables are used to evaluate the urban development,so as to provide a scientifi c basis for understanding the future trend of various economic indicators of provinces and cities and for decision-making departments to formulate policies suitable for the regional economic development of provinces and cities.
