| 摘 要： | 农民合作社是农产品流通源头的最佳蓄水池和流动加速器.目前应大力培育和发展农民合作社,提高农产品生产和货源供给的规模经济水平,增强农民(合作社)在流通渠道中的讨价还价能力,保护其收入正常增长,使他们有发展农业生产的持续动力;建立符合技术规程和质量标准要求的规范化农业生产制度,提高科学种植和养殖水平,提高农产品质量,增强有效供给能力,扩大销路,助推农民增收;加强交通运输和物流基础设施建设,构建畅通高效的农产品物流通道;继续实施市场建设工程,增强批发市场和超市的营销服务功能,建立和实行中央批发市场拍卖制度,发展直卖店铺,减少中间环节,提高农产品流通效率.
