新农村建设中的农产品物流问题研究

本文认为,农产品物流对于农业生产发展和农村经济繁荣具有十分重要的作用。在新农村建设快速发展的形势下,长期制约农产品流通的物流问题仍然十分严重,重生产、轻流通的现象依然存在,突出表现为我国农产品物流信息体系不健全、农产品物流环节浪费严重、农产品物流成本高、农产品物流过程增值能力弱。文章提出,为顺利推进社会主义新农村建设,必须把农产品物流作为一项重要任务来抓,提高政府对农产品物流的重视程度,加强农产品相关物流设施的建设,建立农产品物流投资的激励机制,充分发挥行业协会的作用,建立高效的农产品物流运作模式;同时,在现有物流制度下努力构建第三方物流中心,提高物流客体的增值能力,培养交易过程长期、稳定的物流链条,建立突发事件应急机制,及时应对市场变化,创新农产品物流体系。
