落实科学发展观推进我国现代物流业持续快速健康发展(下)

本文认为,要全面认识我国物流发展的新形势,准确把握现代物流业在国民经济发展中的地位和作用。经济总量的持续增长,对现代物流的发展提出了更高的要求;全面建设小康社会,要求现代物流服务体系相匹配;贯彻科学发展观,建设节约型社会,给现代物流发展提出了新的要求。文章指出,发展现代物流业有利于促进经济增长方式转变,有利于促进我国产业结构和经济结构调整,有利于推动区域经济协调发展,应采取积极有效的措施推进我国现代物流业快速发展,一是统筹规划,增加投入,抓好物流基础设施的整合与建设;二是认真落实国家发展改革委和商务部等九部门文件,为企业发展营造良好的政策环境;三是进一步加强物流基础性工作;四是加强领导,推动现代物流业协调发展。

The author points out that,the ever-growing economic aggregate,the implement of scientific viewpoint of development and the construction of conservation-minded society requires the sustained,rapid and sound development of modern logistics;the task of building a well-off society in an all-round way requires a well matched modern logistic service system.We should adopt such measures as overall planning and increasing investment,seriously implementing relevant documents,strengthening the groundwork for the development of modern logistic,and encouraging the coordinated development of modern logistics.
