深化金融改革改善金融监管推动金融和经济协调发展

本文认为,我国的金融改革前景是乐观的,当前要采取有力措施解决存在的问题。第一,要正确理解金融和经济之间的关系,注意金融对经济影响和依存的双重作用,进一步促进其协调发展。第二,要积极推动金融体系的市场化改革,包括利率改革、汇率改革、扩大市场主体的参与、发展更多的金融产品等。第三,要进一步改善监管。首先要维护人民群众的利益,把国家利益和人民群众的利益结合起来;其次,要从信息披露入手,注意保障监管的效率,在市场发展过程中不断改善监管;再次,要积极慎重地推动金融业的混业经营和监管。

Deepen Reform of Finance, Improve Financial Supervision and Make Steady Progress in Mixed Operation

The author puts forward that splendid prospects present themselves before China's Finance Reform.At present,we should take such effective measures to solve the problems with the current situation as,first,correctly understanding the relationship between finance and economy,paying more attention to the role finance play in economy and further improving the coordinate development;second,positively driving marketization reform in financial system,such as reform of exchange rate,interest rate and the introduction of more financial products;third,further improving supervision.
