摘    要:食品安全问题涉及供应方、需求方、监管方三方利益相关者,健全食品安全保障体系,食品供应方需要提高责任、法律和道德意识,规范生产经营水平,从源头上杜绝有害食品产生;食品需求方需要提高食品安全知识和自我保护能力,积极参与对食品安全的社会监督;食品监管方需要完善法律法规,增强行政监管能力,提高技术监管水平,提高食品安全违法成本,构建完善的安全监管体系.
