| 摘 要： | 本文认为,由于改革措施的不配套以及长期信贷政策导向的影响,现阶段城镇中等收入居民在面临大额消费品时出现了消费障碍,表明城镇中等收入居民面临着流动性约束或信贷约束,难以进行跨时性消费并实现居民消费结构升级。文章指出,以城镇中等收入阶层作为消费信贷的重点培育对象,大力发展私人消费信贷市场,不仅是消除和缓解其流动性约束或信贷约束的基本手段,也是彻底改变我国商业银行不良贷款结构的根本性措施。
