| 摘 要： | 为应对全球气候变化,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,实现经济社会可持续发展,必须改进物流体系,通过发展低碳物流来发展低碳经济,低碳物流技术创新与低碳金融服务成为新的投资机会和经济增长点.低碳物流金融支持模型主要包括低碳政策扶持、低碳法律制度、低碳资金供给、低碳信用担保、低碳中介服务等支持体系.加强低碳物流金融支持要求我们树立低碳物流金融服务理念,构建低碳物流金融政策引导体系;完善低碳物流金融服务信息系统,加强金融信息整合与知识共享;开展低碳物流保险的金融衍生品创新,提高低碳物流竞争力;构建低碳物流动态联盟,创新低碳物流融通仓模式;发展低碳物流绿色信贷业务,积极开办清洁发展机制金融服务.
