我国实施农产品物流外包的可行性与效益分析

本文认为,农产品物流外包是农产品生产或销售企业为集中精力增强企业核心竞争力,将农产品物流业务以合同(契约)方式委托给专业物流公司运作,它是一种长期的、战略的、相互渗透的、互利互惠的业务委托和合约执行模式。我国农产品物流外包尚处于发展的初级阶段,拥有巨大的发展空间,应积极加以推进。文章指出,现代农产品物流外包不再是简单的竞争对手之间的关系,而更趋向于一种持久稳定的合作关系,是一种可以真正实现双赢的流通模式,可以带来可观的经济效益,提升农产品经营者的核心竞争力,实现资源的优化配置,减少农业风险,降低直接成本,加速农产品周转,精简组织结构;农产品物流外包对于推动我国新农村建设和农村社会全面发展也具有积极作用,能增加农民收入,提高农产品品质,强化质量监督,加快农村城镇化进程,促进现代农业产业化发展,提升农业国际竞争力。
