区域物流产业专业化的现状分析与发展对策——以陕西省为例

专业化产业指一个区域内直接或间接为外区域提供商品或劳务的产业.从西部地区来看,现阶段陕西省物沈产业专业化水平低,还不能成为向西部地区输出物流服务和产品的物流专业化部门.文章提出,影响物流业发展的因素很多,可利用因子分析法,分别从物流需求、物流供给、物流平台、物流组织四个方面选取指标,剖析陕西省物流业发展落后的原因.研究发现,陕西省物流业发展综合水平不高,物流运作供给能力较强,经济环境和运输空间条件等因素制约了物流业的发展.文章指出,为促进陕西省物流业发展,提升其专业化优势,应深化物流业管理体制改革,完善物流产业政策,落实陕西省现代物流业发展规划;积极培育物流市场,整合物流资源,推进企业物流向社会物流转化:搭建统一的物流要素平台,加强物流新技术的应用和开发,促进关键物流技术和产品的产业化;建立物流市场信息预警与监督机制,完善行业协会管理职能.

The Analysis of the Current Situation of Regional Logistic Industry Specialization and the Development Countermeasures——Taking Shanxi as the Example

The industry of specialization is a industry that a region directly or indirectly provides other region with commodity or labor.According to the current situation of the western region,the level of logistic specialization in Shanxi is still very low.With the help of factor analysis,from the aspects of logistic demand,supply,logistic platform and logistic organization,we can choose some indicators to analyze causes why the development of logistics industry lagged behind.It shows that,the overall level of Shanxi's logistics industry development is not high and the economic environment and transportation condition is the constrain factors that hinder the development of logistics industry.The author also puts forward some countermeasures that can be used to promote the development of logistics industry in Shanxi.
