| 摘 要： | 本文认为,农产品质量溯源是鉴别/识别农产品如何变化、来自何处、送往何地及其安全,质量信息能够被追踪和回溯的能力.建立我国农产品质量快速溯源系统模式,应从更高层次上实现企业信患孤岛的连接,从更高层次上抽象、概括农产品的单元流动过程,通过唯一编码、数据采集与交汇实现农产品质量快速溯源;农产品质量快速溯源系统应包含内部溯源系统、外部溯源系统及溯源平台信息系统三部分.
