摘    要:对延迟焦化装置加热炉炉管结焦的原因和机理进行了分析,并在此基础上开发了ZJJ-1型阻焦剂。实验室评价结果表明,ZJJ-1型阻焦剂可有效地抑制焦垢在加热炉管中形成,使加热炉管保持较高的换热效率,维持装置的长周期正常运转。

Abstract:Causes and mechanisms of delayed coking unit heater coking were analyzed,and ZJJ-1 anti-coking agent was developed.The results showed that it could effectively inhibit fouling formation,let heat exchanger keep high heat-exchange efficiency,and ensure long-term running.
