| 摘 要： | 本文综述了茶皂素的性质、用途、应用前景,着重探讨了利用醇水溶液法,从油茶籽饼中提取茶皂素的方法,通过实验发现,与水溶法及有机溶剂法相比较而言,本方法具有工艺简单,成本较低,所得产品颜色浅,含量及得率较高等优点。能完全适用于工厂生产操作。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the property, usage and prospect, describes the method of how to extract the Tea Saponin from tea - seed pancake by alcohol - water dissolving. Through experiment, comparing with alcohol dissolving and water dissolving methods, we found that this method has much more advantages, such as, this method is simpler, the cost is lower, the final products color is lighter, the effective content and yields are higher etc. This method can be used in factory. |
