微波法提取石榴皮中熊果酸的工艺研究

摘    要:采用微波提取技术从石榴皮中提取熊果酸,考察了乙醇浓度、微波功率、温度、料液比、时间对石榴皮中熊果酸得率的影响,并通过正交实验优化了工艺参数。结果表明,乙醇质量分数为55%、微波功率为300W、温度为55℃、料液比0.05g/mL、微波作用时间90s时,熊果酸得率为1.4362mg/g。

Abstract:Extraction process of ursolic acid from pomegranate peel by microwave was studied.Influence factors of concentration of alcohol,microwave power,temperature,solid-liquid ratio,and microwave time of extraction were investigated.Process parameters was optimazed by orthogonal experiment and results showed that the best extraction conditions were:concentration of ethanol was 55%,microwave power was 300 W,temperature was 55 ℃,ratio of materials to solution was 1:20,microwave time was 90 s.Extraction yield of ursolic acid was 1.446 2 mg/g under the optimum conditions.
