| 摘 要： | 采用一个配有HP624弹性石英毛细管柱及顶空自动进样器的气相色谱仪分析检测水中的卤代烃。样品组分通过顶空自动进样器定量进样进入HP624色谱柱分离。对分析用的色谱柱进行优选,确定了自动进样器的操作条件。通过建立卤代烃的工作曲线计算水样中的卤代烃的浓度。

| Abstract: | Content of halogenated hydrocarbons in water was analyzed and determined by using gas chromatography with a HP624 flexible silica capillary column and headspace autosampler.Sample components were separated by being injected quantificationally into HP624 chromatographic column.Chromatographic column was optimized and the operating conditions of autosampler were determined.Concentration of halogenated hydrocarbons was calculated through establishing its working curve in water samples. |
