串联式干气密封在含硫污水泵上的应用

着重介绍了串联式干气密封系统的工作原理及其在大庆石化公司炼油厂加氢一车间含硫污水泵上的应用情况，对应用前后机泵机械密封的损坏频率和泵房内的硫化氢质量分数进行了对比，实践表明串联式干气密封能对机械密封起到很好的保护作用，解决了含硫污水的泄漏问题，大大降低维修人员的劳动强度，节省维修费用，是一种良好的密封系统。

Application of tandem dry gas seal in the sulphur - contained sewage pump

work principle of tendem dry gas seal system and its application in sulphur - contained sour water pump in hydrogenation workshop of Daqing Petrochemical Company were introduced. Comparison of damage frequency of pump mechanical seal and hydrogen sulfide content in pump house to the application around was carried out. Experiment results indicated that tandem dry gas seal could play a very good protective function to mechanical seal, such as solving the leakage problem of sulphur- contained sour water, reducing servicemen＇s labor intensity greatly, saving maintenance cost, so it was one kind of good full - pressure system.
