| 摘 要： | 从知识经济需要知识管理、知识管理更需要知识产权保护的角度，论述了知识产权对知识管理和知识经济的重要作用；阐明了知识经济、知识管理和知识产权在当今高技术条件下表现出来的“三位一体”式的新经济管理运行模式；针对我国知识产权保护制度存在的问题，提出了改进意见，以提高我国的经济管理水平。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the importance of knowledge property to knowledge management and knowledge economy based on the fact that knowledge economy needs knowledge management and knowledge management calls for knowledge property protection. It also expounds the new mode of economic management and operation with the ＂trinity＂ of economic economy, economic management and economic property under the condition of high technology at present. Then it proposes methods to solve the problems in China＇s knowledge property protection system to improve the economic management level in our country. |
