高职教育对接文化产业发展研究——以浙江省为例

文化产业作为朝阳产业,其发展前景非常可观。然而,以浙江省为例,该省高职院校在对接文化产业发展的过程中存在合作形式单一、专业设置滞后等不足。为了解决这些问题,应解放思想、更新办学理念;以市场需求为导向调整专业设置;以提高技能为主线,优化教学课程;以提高能力为重点,完善师资配备;以产学结合为准则,强化技能培训。

Study on the Development of Cultural Industry with the Docking of Higher Vocational Education: A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

As a sunrise industry, cultural industry has a bright prospect. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, however, there exist some defects in the docking of higher vocational colleges and cultural industry, such as single cooperation pattem and the lag in major setting. To solve these problems, we should emancipate our mind and update our school-runuing idea, adjust the major setting with the orientation of market demand, optimize relevant teaching courses with the enhancement of students＇ skills as the focus, build a better teaching team with the improvement of teachers＇ ability as the key point and also strengthen skill training with the integration of production and learning as the criterion.
